This is an arts and craft show, absolutely
NO manufactured or buy/sell items will be allowed.
Should exhibitor attempt to sell these items at
the show, they will be asked to leave and forfeit
their exhibit fee. This is a juried show. When submitting
your application, you must provide us with
payment and the following
photos:
- picture of craft being made
- completed craft
- picture of your exhibit setup
If you submit your application electronically,
please attach the photos to the email submission. If you submit your photos via
USPS, the photos
need to have exhibitors name and address printed
clearly on the back of each photo and they will
be returned the day of registration.
Failure to provide these photos will
cause a jury rejection this year. This applies to
all past exhibitors who have participated in previous
Vermontville shows.
Applications will be reviewed from
March 15th to April 1st, with notification of acceptance
or refund being mailed on April 12th.
You will receive your receipt when
you check-in on April 27th or 28th.
Show will be held at Maplewood
Elementary School located on the east side of the Village of
Vermontville. Booths are available inside and outside
of the school. Approximate booth size is 10 x 10
outside and 8' x 8' inside. Cost is $65.00 per booth
for cash or check payment. Sorry, but partial booth
sales are not available this year. Exhibitors must
purchase at least one full booth space and any additional
space needed must be purchased as full booths (no
1ฝ or 2ฝ booths).
Overnight camping is not allowed
on school grounds; please contact the following

Application for the Vermontville
Arts and Craft Show must be returned by March
15, 2012. All applications will be reviewed by the jury committee with notification being mailed on
April 13, 2012. Applications received after the march
15th deadline will be reviewed and
accepted/rejected on a space available basis. Absolutely no application will be accepted
after April 13, 2012. Requests received after this date will be placed on the
2013 mailing list.
In case you cannot attend, but have
received your confirmation, you may request a refund
of your exhibit fee. Please review the refund schedule
below

NSF and Returned Checks will be assessed
a $25.00 NSF fee space cannot be confirmed until
all fees are paid.
During setup coffee will be available
in the Art room located at the school. A
concession wagon will be on school grounds and the Methodist
Church will be taking orders and delivering BBQ
Chicken dinners.
Exhibitors will receive complimentary
parking in a designated parking area. Passes will
be distributed with your registration kit at the
door.
Dogs, cats and other pets are NOT
allowed into the school building and must stay outside.
